http://www.spygear.net and http://my.spygear.com/ (the “Site”) is a web site owned and operated by SPIN MASTER STUDIOS for kids and adults to provide a forum for discussion, evaluation, and sale of radio controlled vehicles, such as helicopters and planes. In order for your child to enjoy all of the information and services that we provide, your child may register for our service. The registration process begins when your child electronically indicates to us that he or she is under 13. If your child indicates that he or she is under 13, we will ask your child to provide only his or her first name and your email address. Subsequently, we will send a message to your email address, asking you to set up your child as a registered user of the Site (“Member”), so that your child can have access to content and/or services on the Site (“Membership”). That email message will include a link to this Notice to Parents and Guardians of Informational Practices with Regard to Children (“Notice”). This procedure is designed to protect the privacy of your child and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and related rules. To complete the registration process, you will be asked to print, fill out and fax or mail to us a registration form. That form will request certain information concerning you and your child.

Finally, we collect information from parents, as part of the registration process, for the sole purpose of verifying that the person filling out the registration form is an adult. When an account is established for a child under 13, that information is requested from the child’s parents.
